PaymentNet has returned to business as usual following the incident on October 20, 2025, and all services are now fully operational.

On October 20, 2025, due to an operational issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East region, clients experienced delays and intermittent access issues to our PaymentNet® application, as well as latency for Virtual Card API users. This incident affected multiple JPMorganChase applications and services. Throughout the event, our teams worked closely with internal partners and AWS to restore functionality as quickly as possible. PaymentNet and Virtual Card services were fully stabilized late Monday afternoon, and we continued to monitor for any residual issues.

As part of our post-event review, we are focused on strengthening resiliency and reliability, leveraging lessons learned to further enhance our AWS architecture. If you have any questions or need support, please reach out to Client Application Support.

SAP Concur Travel users may experience their search screen remaining on "Getting your schedules and fares..." when attempting to perform international travel searches. Concur is working to determine a resolution.

Upcoming Enhancement to BEN Financials: Introducing APEX - Requisitioner

Effective Monday, September 29, 2025, we will be launching APEX - Requisitioner to provide enhanced visibility and consolidated data access directly within the Requisitioner responsibility.


As part of this update, the current standalone "Supplier List" function will be removed from the Requisitioner navigation menu. It will be replaced by the new, more comprehensive APEX - Requisitioner function. This new tool will provide a dashboard with three key reports:

  • Active Categories
  • Active Ship-To Locations
  • Active Suppliers


The Active Suppliers report within APEX - Requisitioner will now be the primary means of searching for and viewing supplier information. In addition, the Active Ship-To Locations report will help requisitioners find shipping locations, should it be needed. The Active Categories report helps in finding the most accurate Category/Commodity combination (especially useful when creating non-Marketplace requisitions).


We are confident that the new APEX - Requisitioner tool will be a valuable addition to your procurement toolkit. Updated documentation will be available prior to launch, and we will provide further details as we approach the deployment date.
