World Travel has been experiencing an intermittent issue with their World Approvals platform causing approved flight itineraries to not be ticketed. World Travel is actively working to ensure all approved travel has been ticketed while they work to resolve their system issue.


Travel Approvers: If you do not receive the Travel Approval confirmation email once you submit the approval via World Approvals, please reach out to travel@upenn.edu and uofpenn@worldtravelinc.com.


Travelers: Your trip may not have been ticketed until you receive the “Ticketed Invoice for…” email from uofpenn@worldtravelinc.com. Best practice: If this ticketed email is not received by end of day the trip was originally booked, contact World Travel to confirm the status of the booking: 888-641-9112. If your trip was booked via Concur, the airline ticket number will be displayed within the Concur reservation.
